  4.         The ESN prefix is 134 decimal, 86 hex.
  5.         See file MITSTEST.TXT for test mode access.
  6.         All models are capable of handset programming OR can have
  7.         a NAM chip burned.  Handset programming is only possible if a NAM
  8.         chip is NOT installed.

  11. NAM programing:

  13. 1.  Press PWR key for one second to turn on phone.
  14.  
  15. 2.  Wait for display to clear.
  16.  
  17. 3.  Within ten seconds press and hold the STO key while entering
  18.     5 4 7 4 4 3 2 (reset code).
  19.  
  20. 4.  Release STO.
  21.  
  22. 5.  The phone will display the first data entry.
  23.  
  24. 6.  Press the SEND key to store information and increment the step number.
  25.  
  26. 7.  Press CLR to correct any item.
  27.  
  28. 8.  At any time press END to complete programing and exit.
